Shipping Policy

We aim to process and deliver all orders as efficiently as possible. Standard shipping time is 5–7 business days from the date of order dispatch.

While we will do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Gallagher Group Limited New Zealand cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather events, courier service interruptions, or other unforeseen conditions.

Please note:

  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

  • Please ensure a valid physical mailing address is provided at checkout.

Returns

Wrong Product / Shortages

Any product discrepancies or missing items must be reported to Gallagher Customer Service within 5 days of receiving your order.

Damaged Product

  • Any visible damage must be reported to Gallagher Customer Service immediately upon receipt of goods.

  • If concealed damage is discovered after unpacking, it must be reported within 3 days of receiving.

  • Failure to follow these guidelines may result in denial of a damage claim.

Clearance Products

All clearance items are sold as final sale. We do not offer returns or refunds on clearance items except in cases of damaged or faulty products.

ReturnsOnline Purchases

  • Any returns must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • All returns for credit require a Return Authorisation (RA) number.

  • The RA number must appear on:

  • A copy of the sales invoice or packing slip, and

  • The outside of the shipping box containing the returned item(s).

  • The reason for return must be included on the invoice or packing slip.

  • All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

ReturnsIn-Store Purchases

For items purchased in-store, please contact the store where the purchase was made. Store staff will assist you with the return process directly.
